This was by far the best customer service experience I've had with any renovation. When having issues with our Invisicook stovetop, they responded promptly and helped us replace our unit under warranty. The repair ended up being tricky, due to the nature of our cabinets, but they were very flexible and went above and beyond to make it work for us. Our countertops are also gorgeous and impeccably cut to fit our unique kitchen shape.

We had a fantastic experience using Counter Culture for our kitchen renovation. Solomon was so easy to work with and happy to answer our (many) questions. The whole team did a great job of asking for our input on details and letting us know of any changes to the initial plan. There was a small hiccup towards the end of the project, and Solomon had someone out to fix it immediately and we stayed on schedule.
