Have used Couch for several years and always more than satisfied. Brit and Paul just installed a connection for my generator and it is perfect!

We had our gas logs installed with Couch about 2 years ago. For some reason they wouldn't ignite and with a serious winter storm approaching, we needed them lit because our home is prone to power outages. Ray went above and beyond and even texted me a pic of what to do to reset the logs. Logs are all reset and we have FIRE!!!!! Thanks to Ray and Couch Fireplace and Patio

I really liked working with Couch & Co. They were great, until they weren’t. That is, until they placed the request of our remodeling contractor above the needs of their customer— us— and chose not to complete the job, which was only to come back and connect the fireplace and walk us through how to use it. I even highly recommended them to our neighbor! So, customers beware. If you’re working with a contractor and you potentially have a falling out with that contractor, Couch & Co. will put the
