Cotton Sealcoating provided a quote, I accepted the quote, and they came to complete project, left me with a bill and an uncompleted/unsealed driveway, with promises that they would return once they fixed equipment. I have left numerous texts, voicemails, emails, and even tried to connect on social media platforms. No response. Ghosted. Ghosting is NOT okay.
