Mr. Rodrigo Cortez owns first-rate landscaping service and we have used his company in Arlington, Va., with terrific results. His men are very hard-working, neat and polite. Our lot is terraced with mature trees. In addition to spring and fall clean-ups, we have brought him on periodically at other times of the year.
