As a Realtor having a trust worthy Foundation company is very important. I have used Cornerstone for years in on my personal and investment homes and refer them to all my clients. They are hard working and never try to upsell me, they only recommend work when it is needed. They are my go to for any foundation needs

Perfectly nice person but wasted my time. I live in a 110 year old house. I called for an estimate and told them the address and age of the house. They made an appointment 3 weeks out only to show up and tell me that due to the age of the house I would need a report from a structural engineer for them to give me a price. I don’t have weeks and weeks to spend on their poor logistics. It was frustrating. It might even be correct advice, but it was a real waste of my time. I won’t be using them.
