Michael from CORE was genuinely amazing. He solved a pretty involved toilet / shower drain issue thoroughly! He even did a deep clean on the bathroom afterwards, which was a truly nice touch. Scheduling was also super friendly and easy with excellent communication around the appointment and when he was arriving. Excellent service, highly recommend!

Moved into a newly remodeled rental home in East Nashville and was having issues with hot water and water pressure. Eduardo arrived and was amazing! Walked me through what was causing the challenges (incorrectly installed fixtures and dirty water lines) and he corrected on the spot. All said and done in an hour.
