My honest experience- the crew were thieves (I caught one of them going through my jewelry when I walked in my bedroom, and verified later that jewelry boxes were empty); they "packed" items for me WITHOUT me requesting this service by throwing groups of things in wardrobe boxes; they disappeared for long times that I was billed for, they padded my bill (there's no other word for it; took close to an hour to write up my bill, all the time billing me for that), put items where I specifically told
