Last Wednesday my water heater started leaking and I called Copper Springs Plumbing and talked to Heath. To my pleasant surprise he had a new hot water brought out and installed in less than 4 hours. They were pleasant, kind and honest. If I have other plumbing needs I won’t hesitate to call them again.

I wish I could give more than five stars! After dealing with multiple plumbers trying to pressure us into replacing a 4 year old water heater and not correctly fixing the issue after multiple visits, we were beyond frustrated and just wanted someone who actually knew what they were doing. Thankfully, Heath came out right away, immediately identified the real problem, and had it resolved in no time. He was professional, honest, and clearly knew what he was doing. I had a pressure reducing valve spring a pinhole leak on Tuesday. Contacted Heath at Copper Springs Plumbing on Wednesday and his team was out Thursday to fix it. I requested he rebuild the line up with a new ball valve shutoff and hose bib. Work was done well and overall, it was affordable. Would use again!

Heath is by far the best plumber I have found in Az ( and I have had to try several!) I rarely write reviews however his service is exceptional. Heath does great work! He was very efficient and came to my rescue when my hot water heater started leaking and I had company coming in two days. It was under warranty and he worked with me on that as well! Very fair price and I can't thank him enough for taking care of it so quickly!!!
