4/22/2026 Coopers Septic Service came out this morning to pump out our septic tank. Carl arrived and was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, personable and explained exactly what he was doing which we appreciated. Carl is the type of employee that any company would be lucky to have working for them. There should be more employees like him. THANK YOU CARL!!!!!!!!

Great service. I called the morning of Feb 10. Our septic was back up and doing what septic do by afternoon. The dispatcher was awesome. She got us service quick. Tgey are our go to with any pipe or septic drainage issues. Thank you.

First, I want to say that the company representative and driver were polite and professional, and the service itself was completed as expected — thus the 2 stars. However, I want to share the issues I experienced. I chose this company because the previous homeowner used them, and I assumed they were familiar with my septic system. Not knowing much about septic maintenance, I asked for guidance after buying my home and was advised to have the tank serviced. That visit cost over $XX. Three years

The 2 guys that came out were great! They located the lids and had them dug out in no time. They cleaned the filter and all the lines and left everything like they found it! We’ve had septic systems for over 55 years and they were the best!

Cooper's Sewer and Drain did a very good job at servicing my septic system. They dug out the holes in 112 degree heat. They charged a fair price. I've used Cooper's a few times already and I will definitely use them again.

First time emptying our septic. What we thought was the drain was not the drain. It needed dug up and it was 117 degrees. Hottest day of the year. Zach was determined to find it. I offered to pay the trip charge and said he could come back another day, but he wouldn't have it. He stood out there and dug two big holes. Found the tank and drained it. He was so professional and nice, despite the heat. The company came back out a few days later and put risers in so no one had to do that agai
