Update to review: While I did love the initial install, sadly I've had a camera that doesn't work anymore that was installed by Connect and Protect. After countless calls and emails, the team has failed to respond and fix the issues. I received one call from the owner who said that he would call back with a time to fix it, and that was 6 weeks ago. Khalil was excellent and did a spectacular job repairing our chime and installing the latest Google Nest doorbell in our home. We had a handy installation before that was done improperly, which led to the burnout of our chimer. Khalil helped us to understand the issue and explain all costs and did a spectacular job going above and beyond by fixing the wall holes from the previous chimer.
