We've used conn pest since 2018. They used to be an excellent, reliable company. Apparently there's been some changes in management I believe and since then the service is no longer reliable. They don't show up on time and they don’t bother to call and say they're running late. A little communication would go a long way. If they don't improve I will be forced to switch to another company!

If I could give less than one star I would. Conn Pest Control claims they don't own ladders. They don't have any, and are now refusing to take care of the wasps nest on my roof. So frustrating considering THEY ALREADY TOOK THE JOB! Don't take jobs you don't have the equipment for? But also how insane for pest control to "not have ladders".
