I was just in this store a few days ago. Their samples catalogs haven't been updated in YEARS. Half the samples have been out of production for 5+ years. Which means they don't have good relationships with vendor reps because they would be in the store regularly updating the available materials. Their showroom hasn't been updated and showcases trends that expired before the pandemic.
