Initially, when I talked to them, they were very nice. An operator talked to me. The owner then called me and he seems very knowledgeable. When I called the operator again to schedule an appointment for them to come and see the job before we start the job…he just told me we are NOT interested and hang up the phone. Not sure what did I do wrong to deal with customers that way. Really frustrating!!
