Their snow removal procedures are subpar at best. This is now the second time that we have had them completely. Ignore our community and push us to the back of the line and promise us that they would plow our snow and failed to the day they said they would. We are now going on our third day of no snow removal and all the snow has now turned to ice. Our community driveway is approximately 1/4 mile long with a sharp and steep turn and the ice is preventing any vehicles from entering or exiting.

Services promised and not provided! Issues from day one with development they served. Outrageous charges for winter snow removal and lie about services they provided. Do not use these folks or you will be ripped off!
