We tried to pay for months and they didn’t send us an invoice. Then they finally communicated with us, and we sent a check. A month after I asked if they have received it, they emailed back saying we don’t have record that it has been paid. After all of that, they send another email saying “I just found the check pushed underneath some papers”

Beyond disappointed! Livid or shocked would be a more accurate description and it's physically impossible to give zero stars.
