I'll start by saying that I am very happy with how my garage floor turned out. I hired Complete Coatings NW to epoxy coat my garage floor (2 car garage). The final product looks great and the price was exactly as I'd hoped it would be. I am giving them 4 stars because I wasn't happy with the overall business practices they utilized and the communication I received. It was hard to get a hold of them. Every time I called, I would get a text saying, "We saw you called. How can we help you?"

BEWARE of this company and their unethical business practices. They will ask for a 50% deposit upfront, then on the day of the project fabricate an excuse why they can't do the project. In our case we had to keep a vehicle in our driveway per HOA rules.
