Pedro, the owner, personally sealed my countertop and patio pavers. Less than 1 month passes and water is penetrating the stone. I texted him and he initially responded. Once i let him know the problem, sent a video showing the water does not bead up like before: messages get left on READ without a response. Not a professional and lacks accountability
