Website says they do fireplace repair and installation. Called and left a message a week ago. No call back. Sent a message via their website yesterday and Heather called me back this morning to inform me they no longer do fireplace repairs or installations. She said that is probably why no one called me back. Really? I think the professional thing to do is to call and say that the first time. Oh well, guess their customer service isn't want it used to be when they were getting 5 star reviews. D

Josh was really strange

They were a great company to have install the fireplace...Josh Walker and the person with him were so good !!!!! They even went out of the way to install part of the new fireplace with a fan instead of waiting for just the logs....We are able to use for heat and was so nice they came and did install what they had...I would 💯 recommend them as a company to use
