Very Unreliable. Probably untrustworthy. I contacted them for a emergency repair following a windstorm, a 3m by 1.7m panel was ripped out of my roof leaving a very large hole. They quoted me a 10 day wait and 1000€ for that, but also suggested more expensive 6500€ roof work to keep my tiles in place. Then they ignored my messages for most of a month and refused to do the actual emergency repair unless I agreed to the other far more expensive work. And stoped responding entirely when I asked for
