Do not waste your time dealing with this company. On 4/6/2026- Called to make an appointment to get my front outside stairs checked due to damage. Talked to Kristen. She said someone will need to come out to give an estimate and an appointment was set up for 4/8/2026 at 1PM with David Bell. Re-scheduled my day so that I would be home for his visit. At 12:30 PM that day, get a phone call from David stating that they were too busy to come out and check every home and he added that the minimum cost
