Allan was our rep. What a nice young man to work with! He is very professional, friendly and was on top of everything! He was very responsive to our needs and questions and very communicative throughout the project’s process. He even sent videos throughout the day of the progress of the roof replacement. Mitch was the rep that came for my roof inspection. He was very polite and professional with solid understanding of roofing systems. I didn't expect a sales person to unclog a downspout and make a minor repair during the inspection process, points for that! I also appreciated that Mitch wasn't pushy.
