From the start the pricing was transparent and reasonable - Ken didn’t try and upsell me on stuff I didn’t want he just listened, worked within my budget and recommended the perfect gas fireplace insert. The installation was super smooth, the installation team was efficient, experienced and super courteous about keeping the house clean. It rained on the first day of the installation and I don’t think they got one spec of mud in the house. L
