Michael informed us of problem areas, and spent time to properly care for our apartment. He is also very nice.

I've used Colony for only a few months and already am so impressed with the quality and thoroughness of their work. Their dedication to their work really shines through with every technician we've used (Thanks Jordan!) Their main office is very responsive and have helped me on many occasions. Really recommend this service above many we've used in NYC area.
