Update- based on the response to this review, I did email the general customer service for this franchise which i was told after speaking to corporate is individually owned, and resolves all claims themselves. Very easy to schedule pickup. Person handling the initial request was knowledgeable and a return call was received immediately. Instructions for how the job would be done and follow-up contacts were concise and friendly. Movers notified me of time of arrival as promised and accomplished the pickup efficiently. Cost was less than I expected. Overall a very good experience and I would use again.
