Staff was disrespectful. The lady was rude and crass. Accusatory and belittling. The service was also impossible to figure out. Unexpected delays and cancelations. I call to do business with you, I expect the front facing person to have some customer service experience.

Horrible, HORRIBLE & YES HORRIBLE professionalism and character. Defamation of another professional says a lot about how you feel about others. A man called himself the owner of this location while shouting humiliating words to a female representative of the establishments property he was on. He had two other guys with him that didn’t even stop him from verbally assaulting the representative. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Look up another local affordable mover!

Today I witnessed an absolute disgusting form of professionalism by this Moving companies team. I rent at an Extra Space Storage located in Katy. This moving company was on the property blocking the only way that we could get on the property. SCAMMERS do not use these people. We did our homework to get some other quotes and College Hunks was the least expensive of the three quotes and were quoted $199 by the first quote (they even took pictures of what was to be hauled away) fence and shrub debris. We set an appointment for them to come out to remove the debris. My elderly parents hired them for their move. They never asked when hiring if they need things moved to the second floor. Apparently they have a policy that states they need three movers for that. These rude incompetent individuals left EVERYTHING in their garage. Parents paid for the minimum two hours of work and they finished in less than one.
