I initially contacted Cochran Exteriors in 2025. I had some water damage in 2 places where the roofline created valleys and the facia behind the gutter and soffits were rotting. One spot was on the front of my home and visible from the street. I was anxious to get that one addressed quickly, but preferred to do the larger needed work in 2026.
