The experience working with Cobalt is terrible. Thorough working with this company, they have proved to be very unorganized and unknowledgeable. We had to be very proactive ourselves to do work we were led to believe Cobalt would do and pay for things we were led to believe we’re included in the price of the home. We never got any real answers from Cobalt or open lines of communication. The small build took 640 days, more than 2.5 times the amount of time as outlined in the contract. We were
