Extremely poor customer service at Floram Park. We have a terrible experience with this team. Do not work with them !! Their designers are not reachable and office keeps stalling . We were told a day before installation that they are not ready after multiple follow ups for months.

We needed better storage in our laundry room and reach-in closets, and they did a great job. The design made the most of every square inch of space, and the finish looks very up-to-date. The team was friendly and respectful of our home. Everything feels much more organized now.

We hired this company to do 4 of bed room closets. Their designer spent almost 8 hrs doing her paperwork. They don’t do any 3d rendering it’s all 2d and handwritten. I would not recommend this company. While Pamela was nice and willing to work with me on pricing, the process sucked when it came to the contract execution. It was evident that she was lazy as she sent me a half baked contract. It only contained high level details of what I was paying for. For example, I was supposed to receive free base molding. I made an appointment two weeks ago for March 31 at 10:00 am. They texted to confirm the appointment the day before. At 9:59 am on that day they called to cancel because their designer quit. That is poor business. I am sure the designer did not quit at 9:30. I was given several different numbers to call to let them know how upset I am.People’s time is valuable and this problem was handled very poorly!
