From start to finish it was great. I'm in love with our pantry and want to sleep in there now. It would have been five stars but our designer ghosted me for the last month. She was amazing the first two months but I'm thinking she didn't like my changes all the time. But the first two months she was phenomenal until she ghosted me.

We had a great experience with Closets By Design, and we highly recommend them. Our design consultant, Nick, was exceptional; he went out of his way to ensure our custom closet design met all our needs while sticking perfectly to our budget. The installation was just as smooth, thanks to Emeka. He was very efficient and polite, installing everything exactly to our specifications. We are thrilled with the result and would definitely recommend working with this company!

My experience with designer Elizabeth was amazing. She is respectful, kind & thoughtful. Elizabeth surprised me by reaching in her book bag, taking out her measuring tape & began measuring the walk-in & reach-in closets. My experience with this franchise location has been awful. I used Closets By Design in a previous home of mine and had the best experience with that franchise location so I figured I would use the company again in my new home. This franchise location has shown unprofessional installation and customer services. I had 3 closets and a laundry area done and after the installers left I found loose screws, metal wires, etc all over the floor as well as dried caulk on my new wood floors and a gouge in

My disorganized laundry and walk-in closet were fully salvaged by this company. The designers have also taken care of my storage requirements and the installation is surprisingly fast and seamless. It is all comfortably divided and the materials are of high quality. They are the ones to call in case you need organization of your reach-in closets or garage better.

Sales person was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was surprised they only sent 1 person to do install for 3 regular sized closets but he did a great job-took 4 1/2 hrs for the install though. I was however happy with the results. Only disappointment was that they did not provide a digital rendition of the projects at all, only 1 dimensional hand drawn sketches on graph paper (also quoted a garage set up but did not pursue the install on that). I am still reeling from this horrible experience! First, they delayed the installation date, then when the installers finally came they advised me that the designer did not take the correct measurements, and I ended up with an incorrectly installed cabinet with approximately 6 inches of unusable gap filler (~3 inches on each side). They were cutting pieces of spare wood outside in my front yard to use as additional filler since the measurements were wrong. I then had to take time off of work t
