From start to finish, our experience with Closets by Design has been great. Kelly did an awesome job creating an efficient and elegant design for our small master closet and was a joy to work with. They were able to schedule the install for when we needed it done and Dan showed up on time and got the work done quickly and professionally. We’re in love with our new closet and kicking ourselves for not having done it sooner. Highly recommend!

Who would have thought a closet could be such a big decision? I was fortunate to have connected with Lauren as my designer. She came out twice for site conversions to walk me through options. She asked questions I wouldn’t have thought to address, she met my needs perfectly…and during the process allowed me time to think through the options. She created a space I couldn’t have imagined and was thoughtful of my budget as I finished a full home remodel. She was polite, knowledgeable and available.

The entire process was great. Dawn arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. She showed me all my options and provided some guidance and expertise that allowed me to make my final decisions. Rose did an excellent job designing the project (Master Closet and Laundry Room) in a way that fit my needs as well as budget. On the day of install, Robert C. was fantastic. Everything was so easy from start to finish! Kassandra drafted us a beautiful design based on our vision and explained the entire process. Carlos came just a few weeks later and built it in a few hours! It's beautiful and we love our new linen closet!!! We will definitely be using Closets by Design again, if needed!

I’m rating four stars for the following reasons: did they do a great job? Am I satisfied with the product and was that an easy process? yes absolutely. However, looking at the overall quality of the product, I am very doubtful that I received the ongoing 55% promotion on my project. I paid $4420 for two small closets, after that 55% off. It means that the normal price point would have been short of $10,000 right? You look at the pictures and you tell me if those two small closets made of part
