A pleasure from beginning to end. It started with designing my closets and wall unit with Elaine. She is very knowledgeable and translated my desires to a workable layout, exactly as I wanted it. Then came installation, that occurred exactly on the day I was told it would! Jose the installer did a fabulous job. Perfect installation, and so respectful of the rest of my home. This project went perfectly, beginning (Elaine) to end (Jose).

We had an amazing experience with Closets by Design! We worked with Carolynn as our designer and she was wonderful. She was constantly communicating with us and answering our many questions and worked with us to make our vision come to life. Our installer was great, professional and efficient.

Horrible scam!!!!!!!! Rep comes out to your home measures draws you up a design the changes the design after taking measurements and then refuses to give your money back. Management is a joke we dealt with Jesse and Eddie who were rude and nasty. The changes were actually making us lose closet space . They stole my money and I will be seen in court

The worst worst company don’t even bother trying to do anything with them. They got my measurements all wrong and I’ve had to wait months for them to come and do the install again which they were supposed to come and do last week for the second time , and instead of contacting me to tell me that they’re not coming, I just don’t hear back from them.
