Good quality. Great service and it just heightened the overall experience in the bedroom

I had two closets installed. They look great. It has added a ton of needed storage and it added a bit of luxury to my condo that it didn't have before. Company was very organized, communicative, efficient, and the product was worth the money. I am very happy with the end result.

Had two appointments with them, each over an hour. First off they do everything by hand (measurements, drawing) and it took forever. I communicated my budget in the first meeting. In the second meeting (again over 1.5hrs), I was quoted twice the budget I had communicated and when I pointed that out I could see irritation. I was then ghosted. Do not recommend. Edit: I removed the name of the employee I worked with as the manager requested it. They claimed that me naming the employee would follow

The professionals at Closets By Design, notably, Michael, Karli, and Cynthia, were timely with correspondence, professional and lovely to work with, offered a very reasonable price, and installed in a timely manner. My old closet is transformed to an up to date version I'm very excited about. 2 old, ugly pics and 2 lovely pics of new closet included. Thank you, Closets by Design! I'll call you again in the future!

I had a great experience with Closets by Design. Janae’s design was thoughtful and well done, and the installation team was excellent. Unlike many contractors who need you to figure everything out for them, they handled all the downtown building logistics including parking and strict building rules —entirely on their own, making the process smooth and stress-free for me.

Incredibly easy! The design meeting was wonderful. They listened to us and executed exactly what we wanted. Living in a loft, our closets can be uneven and tricky. The installers did such a great job and I am so pleased with how things turned out!

Excellent service, people and product. Very happy with the results. Everything was done on time and professionally. Highly recommended.
