When they did my closet it was a great process contacted my last designer on a new project and they weren't employed anymore. Still went to the company that calls me all the live long day on deals and promotions. When contacting them they did a last minute cancellation and moved the appointment way later in the day and when I asked for earlier or tomorrow. They are all the way booked up. If convenience and customer service is a priority for you I'd go with another designer.
