After settling into my new home and having my closet for a year now, I’ve started to notice the poor craftsmanship that I paid over $10k for. When trying to submit a warranty claim, I was passed around to numerous associates and the last individual not only told me that I’d have to pay for someone to come out, but they never got back to me after I sent them requested images for the claim.
