We’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Closet Masters, and especially with our sales guy, Monty. From the very beginning, communication has been a huge issue. Monty is terrible at returning phone calls or texts, we usually have to reach out to him two or three times before getting any response, if we get one at all. We hired Closet Masters to design and install our master closet, and they ended up installing the entire thing in the wrong color. The whole system had to be ripped out
