Outstanding commitment to their product. We bought a house recently and ended up damaging the tilt out laundry basket pins. We contacted Closet Factory to pay to have it repaired- and they offered to fix it for free! Since the closet system was installed in 2013, I was amazed and pleased, not only given the time that had passed but also bc we were not even the original purchaser. No questions asked about how it happened, they just wanted to make sure it was fixed. Great service.

Bree was great, she helped us every step of the way and was very knowledgeable about how to make our closet perfect. Highly customizable and tailored to our exact needs, the computer images beforehand helped us visualize the finished product. I wanted to use my own stone slab for the island and vanity tops and they accommodated this as well. Would definitely recommend.

Our office buildout turned out so beautifully. We had an excellent experience with Elysia She listened to our needs and produced a great design. Her attention to detail was amazing and her follow-up on questions was excellent. Installers were polite, on time, listened to our questions, and were very neat.

I would trust the Closet Factory and Deanna Morey to do any job needed. My cabinets were professionally made and installed to match my kitchen and they look like they’ve always been there! The installer, Juan, was very helpful and left my home cleaner than it was when he got here! I have ordered a closet makeover and am looking forward to having it installed.
