Stay away. We used them for a very large $$ closet buildout and have been nothing but disappointed. Besides our designer, who was amazing, this entire process was HORRIBLE. We went through Costco, which has been a nightmare and we’re still waiting six months later for our rebate and for them to finish things. The work was crappy, the communication was worse and their customer service is some of the worst I’ve seen. Avoid them at all costs.

Wow!!! I downsized into a new home and my closets had one bar across the middle. I knew I needed closet organization but didn’t think a small closet could ever look this great! The designer Cat was amazing, walked me through every step and built exactly what I wanted. The installer Juan was early, very proficient, detailed and cleaned everything up. He made sure I was happy with the closets before he left. The price was also the best for what I received. I highly recommend Closet Factory!

We had 3 closets remodeled along with new cabinets added to our laundry room. Marcus and Nick did an excellent job in transforming our closets and making them much more spacious and functional. From the beginning, with Cat doing the design work to Marcus and Nick doing the remodel work, the entire process was very professional and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Outstanding commitment to their product. We bought a house recently and ended up damaging the tilt out laundry basket pins. We contacted Closet Factory to pay to have it repaired- and they offered to fix it for free! Since the closet system was installed in 2013, I was amazed and pleased, not only given the time that had passed but also bc we were not even the original purchaser. No questions asked about how it happened, they just wanted to make sure it was fixed. Great service.

We had someone come to our house to complete measurements and talk through needs for the closets we wanted to update. She was supposed to reach out and set up a meeting to share designs and go over plans but never did. Disappointing.

Cat was very helpful with changes we made. Installer was professional and kept his workspace clean. We love our new pantry and have zero complaints about the whole process.
