I had an excellent experience working with Arlene at Closet Factory. She designed a custom double workstation desk for a unique space, and it fits perfectly. She thoughtfully matched the cabinets and countertops to my existing cabinetry, creating a seamless, built-in look. Arlene was detail-oriented and thorough throughout the process, and the end result looks fantastic. The installer was polite, efficient, and made the installation a breeze. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

This is the second time we worked with Lynn (Designer) and Rocky (Installer) from The Closet Factory. A few years back, we had had our closets, our office built-in and our son's room storage/desk combo done previously and they were so awesome. We decided to take on the project for our 2 closets through Costco. We made the right choice. From the first request to the installation, all personnel were professional, courteous and prompt. Our designer Eunice was very patient with us, worked hard to accommodate our requests and was excellent communicator. Courteous check in and follow up, and timely scheduling.
