Matt and his installers did a great job. Didn’t have all the components sometimes but came back and finished the job. Excellent team and my wife loves the custom closets especially our master. Looks like furniture!!!

Had the Closet Factory do my walk-in closet. They were amazing. Kim who helped me design my project was fantastic and patient. I changed my design three times and she didn't mind. Had to wait only a few weeks for the install. Matt and Adian who installed my closet were FANTASTIC. This job was prefect. These guys really knew what they were doing. The pricing of my closet was very surprising. Much cheaper than California Closets and Home Depot. I would highly recommend Closet Factory to any

Matt, it was a pleasure doing business with you, the design team was great, the designer offered many solutions until she came up with the one that was perfect. The installers knew there craft and the installation was immaculate, it looks like furniture.

Great quality work! We arranged this through our Costco membership and from the design team through installation we had a good experience. I would give them 4.5 stars if possible. The only thing holding me back was the price. It has the look of finished carpentry but with MDF, so the price seemed steep for not real, whole pieces of wood; however, their customer service was top notch!!

We were very pleased with the entire process for getting a new closet system. Closet Factory responded quickly to our inquiry and provided their design in a timely manner. After reviewing their design we made multiple changes to "customize" it for our particular use, and making those design changes was not problem. Installation was on time and their installers were skilled craftsmen. We would definitely recommend The Closet Factory to anyone considering a custom closet installation.
