I do not tecommend this company. The installer did an amzing job. He kept us informed, was polite, considerate and helpful. The ‘designer’ did not structure the storage to accomodate the existing contents of the closet. I had requested additional drawers on the island and was told they wouldnt be needed. I hired Closet Factory for a custom closet project and paid a $3,300 deposit. The company missed scheduled appointments and did not provide reliable information about when the project would be completed. Because of these ongoing issues, I canceled the project. Unfortunately, they have refused to refund my deposit despite no work being done. This experience was very disappointing.
