Closet and Storage Concepts were so easy to work with. From the beginning Koren Ayers was so helpful with designing exactly what I asked for. She made suggestions to make it even better. The installers were remarkable too. They did all of it so quickly and were careful with freshly painted walls. They did not leave any debris or sawdust or anything! I am more than pleased with my new built in cabinets and closets.

Dishonest company. Refused to refund my money when they got scared to do a job because it was "too big". Pay attention to the reviews. Do your homework. Ask to speak to the owner and see how fast he turns nasty and bullying.

This company is being dragged down by the owner - Andrew. He refused to accommodate a simple request regarding payment terms and got downright arrogant, condescending, and rude. He also refused to answer multiple phone calls and requests to service a damaged drawer and door. When I called him out on it, he abruptly sent a nasty email refusing to proceed with the job, and refused to return my down payment. As of today there is no resolution. If you want a smooth experience, do NOT use this compan
