The service technician Chris was absolutely professional. He was prompt, confident and identified my problem within 15 minutes. He took his time explaining to me what was going to happen in order to permanently repair my salt generator. More importantly to me was the fact I asked and he answered questions I had regarding general knowledge of the entire system. That was outside his work order scope however the fact he did share his knowledge means the next problem I experience and I require help
