I got a dog and a cat at home so I let them know ahead. Got them sectioned off during the clean in case my dog gets too excited (my cat does not care 😹) and surely enough my dog was excited 😅 The cleaners did great with cleaning my living room and bedroom, even vacuumed under my tables, desks, and bed and got a lot of dog and cat hair out! Before they left my dog got some friendly pets from them too which is nice!

Booked an Airbnb turnover last weekend and was super impressed by the results! The cleaners sent me a video of the unit and everything was up to my standard, dare I say better than my cleaning lol They were able to go through everything, from cleaning the old guest's mess, to prepping everything for the new guest before the check-in time! I was hesitant to hire a cleaning service while I'm out of town because I don't want strangers in my house, even more when I'm not there. But a friend reassured me she hired Cleanzen before and had her house cleaned multiple times while she was away, so I tried it myself and my friend was right! Nothing was out of place or missing when I came back. Everything was super clean too! They also updated me from time to time and even sent a photo and video of the aftermath of the cleaning.
