I hired Clean Sweeps for a "move out" clean. Cienna was very kind and professional. She was able to do a walk through of my 1 bedroom apartment to properly quote and estimate how long it would take. Everything I asked for was completed, and sparkling clean! Literally the faucets in my bathroom looked brand new. They actually got stains out of the oven from the previous tenant. 4 cleaners arrived on time (early actually which was great) and they did an outstanding job! I was especially impressed

I started off with such high hopes with this company after losing our cleaner to grad school. Bait-and-Switch! They hook you with one decent cleaner (Willow, she was great), then drastically declines with excuses, and shockingly low standards (and then Willow was ironically always gone....birthday party.......out sick).
