I was in touch with a human the whole time (no bots!), and they were responsive, kind, informative, and helpful throughout the whole water removal process. They took extra care to communicate what they were doing and helped guide us through next steps while taking great care of our home and space. Could not recommend them more!

Clean Save's staff was A+. I had Cole and his crew out to check about water that I found in my crawl space. They came out the same day while other companies I called said they were going to take up to a week to make it out! They found the leaking pipe, got all of the water out, and did it with smiles on their faces. I was kept in the loop with what was going on each step of the way and was extremely pleased with their work and class.
