There were ongoing issues that started with payments for start-up services, to then be told we needed a complete remodel, to endless lack of communication, to a tech leaving the back-wash on draining into the street while no one was even home to catch it! They wouldn't show up when scheduled, and struggled to maintain communication about reschedules. We discontinued our service with them in January and three

Dont waste your money. They quote a $125 service call but none applies to labor. Over $600 to swap other a couple of sensors and a thermostat. Technician was sort of rude as well. Will not use them again for anything.
