Called in to get a quote to fix a leaking valve. Jake was booked out for several weeks so he explained the process of fixing the valve myself and answered the questions that originally were prevented me from tackling this on my own. Jake is the man! Very reliable and quick to respond. Every year he does my backflow testing and he repaired a leak in my sprinkler line that I didn't even know I had, I just thought water bills in Ridgefield were unusually high lol.
