Kevin at City Shading is fantastic. He repaired the electric shades that came with our home and upgraded them with rechargeable batteries, making everything work seamlessly. Six months later, when one shade malfunctioned (not his fault), he took the time to walk me through the fix over the phone instead of charging for a service call.
