Ray showed up in no time! Maybe 15 minutes after my call he was there. Locked out in Cambridge at night and it ended up being no problem! Great guy

Great experience working with Ray! I got locked out of my common front door and apartment in Boston. Ray responded within 30 and got through both doors without any damage. Both doors are working!

I got locked out today in Cambridge and Googled locksmith and called City Locksmith and spoke to Ray. Ray told me that he could be here in 25-30 mins and showed up on time even though it was raining heavily. I watched him get into my locked door and he took great care and got me in within a few minutes. He then asked me to check the door to make sure it locked easily and that it can also be easily unlocked with my key which easily occurred. Highly recommend and reasonably priced.
