Very upset! Communicated with 5 reps on 4 different days. Now it’s the weekend and no one has come to turn on my tenant’s gas. Each rep assured me they are in the field, and I would be taken care of. There were no financial issues with it being transferred. Poor customer service!!!

Water bill increased 10x, plumber said there's no sign of a water leak. Citizens insists it's our fault. Struggling to get ahold of an appropriate level person to talk to. Not consistent with getting back to us at the time they committed to. Disappointed, but again that's why monopolies and government controlled companies don't work.
